Phase 1: Paid Training & Evaluation (4 weeks)
$20/hour | Expected 40 hours per week | Irvine office + field shadowing
Learn AllCare’s care model, workflows, and systems while supporting real facilities and frontline teams.
Phase 2: Territory-Based Contract Role (up to 3 months)
$22/hour + bonuses | Local travel (mileage reimbursed)
Own relationships, train facility staff, and manage ongoing partnerships.
Phase 3: Full-Time Conversion Opportunity
