ANALYST (Accounting Intern)

Welcome to Immersion Consulting. We are currently hiring for a Accounting Intern to add to our team. Here at Immersion we take pride in our internship program to prepare them for many different fields Individuals will gain hands-on experience in financial management and accounting practices. Their responsibilities typically include:

Monitoring financial transactions: Tracking discrepancies in payments, credit card charges, and returns.

Organizing financial records: Maintaining an accessible filing system.

Preparing reports: Assisting in the creation of accounting reports for senior management.

Handling tax-related tasks: Tracking payments for tax preparation and following up on returns.

Client communication: Speaking with clients about payments, refunds, and financial statements.

As an Analyst you will be growing your analytical skills, maintain high motivation, desiring autonomy and empowerment to manage self through engagement delivery.

• Organization and comfort balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate to deliver components of client engagements following peer review.
• Professionals will focus on client specific tasks that are at the core of the engagement by delivering products day to day.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience with professional certifications.
• Two or more years of progressive experience with degree. Degree can be substituted with experience.
• Travel as required.
