WIN is a marketing agency based in the heart of Atlanta. Following a record year in 2018, we have a huge budget increase and we’re looking to launch five new campaigns; we are now looking for the people to contribute on those campaigns. 

Your daily responsibilities as a Trainee Marketing Assistant: 

• Design promotional language to tell the story of the brand effectively
• Shadowing a marketing team and learning best-practise 
• Train in all areas before spearheading their own client, then portfolio and running a small 
• Become versatile by experiencing multiple campaigns 

We believe in internal promotion, so we run a three-stage rotation training programme in order to develop our next wave of superstars.
