Asset Management Intern (Summer 2025)

This internship position is responsible for supporting the commercial aspects of Silicon Ranch solar power plants and assisting with key tasks and improvement plans for plant operations and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the commercial operation and performance of the Silicon Ranch fleet.


• Support the management of contracted O&M services and help identify areas for improvement.


• Assist with the management of invoices and proposals for repairs or services for the operating fleet.


• Help prepare reports and presentations
  Help create tools to analyze data from solar facilities to find trends and determine root causes of equipment failures.


• Assist in managing business application and tools to track issues and analyze data, aiming to improve and automate reports.
  Support the REC trading program of current and new facilities generating RECs on behalf of Silicon Ranch or our customers.


• Maintain strong customer relationships and communication

Qualifications 

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field


• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
