Additional Compensation:
Shown Appointments - $50 each Incentivizes traffic generation
Sold Appointments - $100 each Rewards lead conversion
SSI Bonus - $1,000 Ensure high CSI/SSI scores*
Audi Objective 110% - $500 Bonus for exceeding factory target
Audi Objective 120% Additional - $500 (Total $1,000) Rewards top-tier performance
**SSI Bonus will be obtained by achieving the following: Confirmed receipt of sold follow-up calls documented through the CRM and coordination with the general manager for any unresolved issues. SSi must close at the highest ranking of 5.0 monthly.

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):

10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
