Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Security Managers are responsible for training, scheduling, and management of security staff, including set-ups for all events in the Pause areas. They must be a cohesive member of the Lions Pause Executive staff, attending every meeting and working with other areas.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• 
  

  Serve as a member of the Pause Executive Committee and attend all required meetings.



• 
  

  Oversee the scheduling, training, and management of all security/venue staff.



• 
  

  Security Managers will be present at all scheduled Pause Dances. 



• 
  

  Hold two office hours per week 



• 
  

  Attend preparatory meetings to discuss events

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

  Experience working within the Pause or equivalent experience is preferred.
