  Schedule: Monday through Friday

  Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

  
  


• 
  

  Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  
  

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Engage children in games, crafts, enrichment activities, and play.

  
  


• 
  

  Build positive relationships and serve as a role model.

  
  


• 
  

  Support daily program activities alongside a collaborative team.

  
  


• 
  

  Actively supervise children while following YMCA safety standards and NYS OCFS regulations.

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Must be at least 16 years old.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience working with children under 13 preferred (babysitting, camp, coaching, volunteering, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, energetic, patient, and enthusiastic.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a safe, positive environment.
