Behavior Analyst Intern

Job Summary:

As a Behavior Analyst Intern at The Full Spectrum Child, you will be able to perfect the skills needed to provide practical, compassionate ABA therapy to clients at TFSC while becoming a Behavior Analyst.

The Behavior Analyst Intern will work directly under a qualified BCBA. TFSC does not guarantee the completion of BACB-eligible supervision experience hours solely through the completion of job duties. The Behavior Analyst Intern is responsible for accurately recording and providing documentation of all BACB experience supervision-related activities to the Intern's supervisor. As an Intern, you will also perform the duties of a Registered Behavior Technician.

Job Duties:

• Implement ABA therapy programs with the clients.
• Accurately and efficiently collect data throughout sessions using Catalyst clinical management software.
• Demonstrate understanding of all client programs and behavior plans.
• Work in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment while remaining patient and calm with a positive attitude toward coworkers and clients.
• Create complete and accurate session notes for each therapy session.
• Assess and evaluate new and existing clients under BCBA supervision.
• Explain, model, and give feedback to RBTs regarding behavior analytic techniques, principles, programs, and strategies.
• Educate and train clients' parents or guardians under BCBA supervision.
• Develop treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Analyze graph data under BCBA supervision.
• Create and modify programs and protocols based on the client's progress under BCBA supervision.
• Create reports of client progress under BCBA supervision.

Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Requirements For Participation

• Must be enrolled in or have completed a BACB®-accredited master's program.
• Must have and maintain current RBT certification.
• Must have CPR/AED certification.
