Bilingual Finance Intern (Spanish/English)

Rivas & Associates is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students interested in finance and accounting to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for their career.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our finance team, assisting with a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. The responsibilities include:

• Preparing invoices for payment
• Categorizing credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Collecting and organizing receipts for credit card expenditures
• Matching receipts with corresponding invoices
• Managing the Accounts Payable email inbox
• Setting up new vendors in QuickBooks Online
• Processing employee expense reports
• Processing client payments and applying them to accounts
• Handling automatic payment authorization forms
• Confirming payment receipt for internal staff
• Communicating with clients regarding payment inquiries or issues
• Assisting the team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
