Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Administration Intern. In this role, you will support key operational and strategic functions within our Global CTO organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to financial processes, workforce planning, portfolio oversight, and professional office communications in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations, analyze data, and contribute to ongoing initiatives that drive efficiency and informed decision-making

As a Business Administration Intern. you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Assisting with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial analysis
Supporting preparation of financial summaries, forecasts, and variance reports
Helping maintain financial documentation and ensure data accuracy
Supporting workforce planning activities, including headcount tracking and capacity analysis
Assisting in maintaining staffing data, organizational charts, and resource plans
Collaborating with HR and management teams on workforce-related reports
Assisting in tracking IT projects and initiatives within the project portfolio
Supporting portfolio reporting, dashboards, and status updates
Helping analyze project data related to timelines, costs, and resource utilization
Drafting and formatting internal communications, presentations, and reports
Supporting meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes
Maintaining professional communication channels and documentation standards
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Interest in IT operations, business processes, and technology-driven organizations
