The Business Analyst Intern supports data-driven decision making across J. Lorber Company by turning ERP, CRM, and vendor data into clear analysis that leadership can act on. The role takes on a rotating set of analytical projects spanning sales and customer performance, vendor and product profitability, and recurring dashboard reporting in Phocas. Working closely with the Management team, the Business Analyst Intern delivers findings as clean spreadsheets, dashboards, and concise written recommendations that support pricing, inventory, purchasing, and sales strategy decisions across all branches.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. Ability to bend, reach, and walk warehouse and outdoor storage areas during operational observation and inventory-related project work.
Work Environment
Work performed primarily in an office environment, with periodic time spent at the counter, in the warehouse, and at other branch locations. Occasional exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels. This is a full-time, temporary summer position of approximately 10 to 12 weeks; local travel among the branches is required.
