About the Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)

This is where many top-performing tech sales careers begin.

As a BDR, you’ll help drive growth for a fast-scaling SaaS company by connecting with prospective customers, generating opportunities, and learning the fundamentals of modern sales.

You’ll build real-world experience in:

  • Cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Objection handling and sales strategy
  • CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Pipeline generation and qualification

You won’t just learn sales theory — you’ll get real reps, real coaching, and real experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage prospective customers through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate interest and communicate product value clearly
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Track performance and activity using modern sales tools
  • Continuously improve through coaching and feedback

Required Qualifications:

    • Full-time availability during the Residency
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Interest in starting a career in tech sales
    • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of professional work experience
  • Availability for a Tue–Thu 6–9pm bootcamp schedule for 2 weeks
  • Availability for a 9am–5pm schedule during a 3-month residency
  • Paid 2-week bootcamp training to build foundational sales skills
  • 3-month paid residency with an employer partner, offering real-world experience in tech sales
  • Mentorship and coaching from industry professionals
