Business Intelligence Co-op (Fall 2026)

This is a 6-month (July 6th-December 18th, 2026) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. 

Klaviyo is looking for a Business Intelligence Co-op to join our team. Our Business Intelligence team is responsible for providing data and analytics to the entire organization. During this co-op, you will be focused on analyzing data to drive business impact and understanding. You will also be asked to perform analyses on various aspects of Klaviyo’s business and operations and present findings to key stakeholders within the company. 

How you will make an impact: 

• Create analysis frameworks to effectively answer strategic questions


• Perform hypothesis testing and causal analyses to statistically assess relative impact and extract trends


• Writing data pipelines or performing analysis on data 


• Conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights from complex data sets, contributing to strategy development and business planning


• Partner with cross-functional teams on providing insights into historical performance and build predictive models to measure future campaign ROI and evaluate efficacy


• Validate and troubleshoot any issues in data pipelines to maintain data integrity


• Develop and maintain dashboards, enabling business stakeholders to make informed decisions

Who you are: 

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering graduating in May 2028 


• Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner


• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
