Business Operations Intern AI & Automation

Role Overview

The Business Operations Intern – AI & Automation will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise and inter-departmental processes through the use of modern AI tools, intelligent agents, and automation technologies. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in how AI-driven solutions improve business efficiency and decision-making at scale.

Key Responsibilities – AI & Automation Initiatives

• - Identify operational pain points and manual processes suitable for automation


• - Support configuration, testing, and documentation of AI tools and workflows


• - Evaluate automation effectiveness and recommend optimizations

Enterprise Process Improvement

• - Map current and future-state processes across departments


• - Recommend improvements to reduce inefficiency and errors


• - Support process standardization and scalability

Documentation & Change Support

• - Create documentation for AI tools and workflows


• - Assist with training materials and adoption support

Required Qualifications

• - Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, IT, CS, or related field


• - Strong analytical and communication skills


• - Interest in AI, automation, and enterprise systems

Preferred Qualifications

• - Exposure to low-code, automation, or AI platforms


• - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar tools


• - Process improvement or data analytics experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
