Job Description - CASA Peer Notetaker-10

The Center for Academic Success and Achievement (CASA) is seeking reliable and detail-oriented students to serve as Peer Note-Takers for the School of Medicine (SOM), School of Dentistry (SOD), and School of Graduate Studies (SOGS). Peer Note-Takers are responsible for providing clear, consistent, and accurate notes to support classmates who may benefit from additional academic assistance. This role helps foster academic equity and success across the student body.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) – Assign a percentage to each essential function (equal to 100%):

Attend assigned class sessions and take comprehensive notes

Upload notes promptly to designated platform(s) for distribution

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in note-sharing

Communicate regularly with CASA staff regarding assignments and updates
