Compensation

• Avg $1,350–$1,450/week
• $0.55–$0.65 CPM experience based
• Mileage : 2,200-2,500 weekly 
• First-year potential: $75,000–$95,000+ with accessorials
• Weekly direct deposit
• Paid orientation: $300 on first check

Home Time & Routes

• Home every two weeks
• Predictable Southeast/Midwest lanes
• No forced dispatch on home time

Key Responsibilities

• Safely haul temperature-controlled freight
• Complete inspections, ELD logs, and reefer monitoring
• Follow FMCSA/DOT rules and company safety standards
• Communicate with dispatch and teams

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21+ years old
• Experienced: 6+ months verifiable tractor-trailer
• Trainees: Recent grads/limited exp OK
• Pass DOT drug screen/physical, clean MVR
• Safety-focused attitude
