Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team through the B.U.I.L.D. (Business Understanding, Innovation, & Leadership Development) Program at Chick -fil -A. This is not a typical restaurant role. It is an elite entrepreneurial development program designed to prepare high -potential leaders for business ownership and senior leadership.

B.U.I.L.D. operates like a mini -MBA within a high -performing Chick -fil -A restaurant, giving you the opportunity to learn business fundamentals while gaining real -world, hands -on experience.

This opportunity provides direct exposure to business strategy, operations, and leadership at a high level. You will work alongside experienced Operators and leaders, take ownership of real business initiatives, and develop the skills needed to lead teams, drive results, and build something of your own.

Your Impact

  • Leading and executing high -impact business initiatives that directly influence restaurant performance
  • Developing leadership skills by building, coaching, and leading high -performing teams
  • Gaining hands -on experience across all areas of the business through operational and strategic rotations
  • Driving profitability through cost control, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth strategies
  • Creating and improving systems that enhance both team member experience and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborating with leadership to set goals, analyze performance, and execute business strategies
  • Participating in mentorship, workshops, and project -based learning to accelerate personal and professional growth

Background Profile

  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
