City Planner Intern

City planners ensure that we have the best possible deals featured each day for our subscribers. Checking for quality, variety, scent, and relevance, our Market Planners blend numbers analysis with an understanding of consumer buying mentality. Market Planners serve as the liaisons between our Sales and Editorial departments. They leverage analytical skills to qualify specifics, and then monitor the performance of a daily feature, partnering with our sales team to ensure a suitable deal mix in a variety of particular markets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reviewing potential deals for content, quality and completeness

Communicating with Sales manager to advise and follow up re-negotiation deals

Making specific recommendations to increase the health of deals to come

Required Skills:

Highly analytical, in particular in multiple criteria decision analysis ( MCDA)

Have good understanding of local city

And have good understanding of local customer’s needs

Excellent Spreadsheet modeling and Excel skills; for example Sensitivity analysis, Pivot table, Vertical-lookup functions.

Experience in advertising on the planning or strategy side, along with competence in editing, quality assurance, data analysis, factchecking or similar skills.

Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Excel...using it for more than just the Excel-of-it.

Internet experience or Merchandising experience a plus

很强的分析能力,细致并能够在复杂的分析标准中做出决定(MCDA)

熟悉当地城市

了解用户消费心理

具战略思考，能编辑，懂得控制质量，数据分析，数据核实或相关技能；

熟练操作Excel,Spreadsheet模块,例如市场敏感度分析.

有互联网经验和商品销售经验者优先
