Class A Drivers -No Touch - Trainees welcome

Pay and Miles

• Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500
• Rate per mile: $0.56–$0.64 CPM (based on verifiable experience)
• Average 2,500 miles per week
• Pay increases every 3–6 months
• Dry Van freight: 100% no-touch, 50% drop-and-hook

Home Time and Benefits

• 14 days out, 2 full days home (bi-weekly)
• 100% assigned trucks – no slip seating
• Full benefits after 30 days: Medical, Dental, PTO, 401(k)
• $800 vacation pay after one year
• Rider and pet policy available from day one

Trainee Program

• Must be 21+ with CDL-A and 120+ hours from an accredited school
• Paid training: 4–6 weeks (200–250 hours)
• Start at $0.56 CPM after training
• Rider and pet allowed after training

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Transport and deliver freight on time to regional locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license, 21+ years old
• 6+ months recent Class A driving experience OR CDL school for trainees
• Clean driving record: no major violations or accidents in last 5 years
• No DUI, felony, or misdemeanor in last 10 years
• Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screening
