Overview:

This is a temporary summer position ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented student looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. In this role, you will support our data management operations by performing accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, and assisting with essential administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in data operations while contributing to meaningful work at a leading life sciences company.

Temporary summer position for a detail-oriented student to support our data management operations through accurate data entry and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Input information accurately into company databases and systems

• Quality Control: Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

• File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records

• Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows

Basic Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Requirements:

• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills

• Work Style: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

The base salary range for this full-time position is $20/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
