Receives guests requests and complaints in person.   

Works on routine customer service assignments using established and   well-defined procedures.  Refers unusual cases to supervisor.   

Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.   

Must communicate well while thinking clearly and objectively under all circumstances.  

Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Fluency in a foreign language is highly desirable but not . 

No prior work experience .

4 days TBD, 12:00PM - 4:55PM, 19 hrs
