WORK TYPE: Seasonal, Part Time

LOCATION DETAILS: Onsite at CLI

COMPENSATION: The pay rate for this position is $15 per hour.

The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

This is an application for an Assistant Internship for the CLI Conservatory Summer Intensive. This internship will help dancers build skills and experience in assisting professional choreographers and in event management and operations. Additional details outlined below:

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Assisting classes for resident and visiting faculty
• Making sure all students and parents have an amazing experience
• Monitoring the front desk and student attendance
• Assisting visiting students and parents with questions
• Distributing meals to meal plan participants
• Setting up and breaking down materials for student activities
• Performing other administrative or back of house tasks required to run the event

QUALIFICATIONS 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES ​

• Must be available for all Summer Intensive dates - July 6 to August 2
• Must be able to pickup choreography quickly and demonstrate in all styles
• Must be willing to submit to a background check

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Must be work authorized in the United States
• Must be a graduate class of 2026 Completed CLI Conservatory program

PERKS

• If you live in CLI housing currently, CLI will cover the cost of housing and utilities ($1,200 value) and you will remain in your current housing for the duration of the Summer Intensive
