Job Description - Clinical Sales Training Intern

Description

The Clinical Sales Training Intern is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of clinical and sales training materials that enable the field sales teams to effectively represent Kerecis products and provide outstanding customer support.

The Clinical Sales Training Intern is based in a Kerecis office and reports to the Clinical Sales Training Director.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of clinical training content, presentations, and job aids
  • Conduct literature reviews and background research on clinical topics to inform training development
  • Contribute to special projects, including curriculum development and onboarding optimization
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to align training with organizational goals
  • Maintain and organize digital training content and resources within the learning management system (LMS)

Secondary Functions

  • Support the coordination and logistics of live and virtual training sessions
  • Help evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback analysis, and data reporting
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Competencies & Attributes

  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for presentation development and data organization
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback to support training improvements
  • Skill in managing timelines, resources, and communications for training-related initiatives, prioritizing workload to meet multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
  • Clearly conveys information in both formal and informal settings
  • Eager to learn new concepts, especially in clinical and technical domains
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support cross-functional goals
  • Takes initiative to identify needs and contribute solutions
  • Demonstrates maturity, discretion, and integrity in all interactions
  • Meticulous in reviewing content, managing files, and documenting processes

Education & Experience

  • Enrollment in or recent graduation from an associate, bachelor, or graduate program of study at an accredited institution

Anticipated travel: Less than 10%.
