Communications Intern

Schedule - Tuesday, May 12 – Friday, June 19

Pay - $19/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Intern to support company-wide communication initiatives that drive alignment, engagement, and operational clarity. This role will assist in developing, organizing, and distributing internal messaging that supports operational excellence, reinforces company priorities, and ensures employees stay informed and connected.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, and interested in corporate communications and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Messaging Support:

• Draft and edit company announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications


• Assist with formatting and distributing company-wide emails and updates


• Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with company tone

Content Development:

• Help create content for internal newsletters, intranet posts, and recognition programs


• Support storytelling efforts that highlight operational wins and employee achievements


• Assist in developing visual aids (slide decks, simple graphics, templates)

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field


• Strong written and verbal communication skills
