Atlanta Beltline, Inc. is the official implementation agency for the Atlanta Beltline, the 22-mile rail-to-trail conversion that’s one of the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment programs in the United States. Reporting to the marketing communications manager, the communications intern is an integral support position that will play a critical role in telling the story of the Atlanta Beltline. He/she/they will work closely with all members of the communications team and key 3rd party vendors. Their duties might include helping design and create visual content, such as social media and blog posts or videos, fulfilling inbound media research requests, and helping plan and run events. The person in this role must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be highly organized and efficient, able to prioritize and multi-task, and thrive in an environment characterized by significant growth, diversity, and change.
