Convention Stage Crew Volunteers

Description

The National FFA Organization is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in an internship at the National FFA Center in Indianapolis, IN.

All crew members will perform a variety of tasks throughout convention set-up, production, and tear-down. All crew will be required to stand on their feet for long periods. All applications must be able to move freely about the stadium, stand for long hours, and carry heavy loads of up to fifty pounds. In addition, all stage crew members will assist with loading in and loading out, as well as preparing materials for pre-session. Crew members must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating, and preparing props, supplies & materials; award table preparation & getting ready before each session, marking reserved seating for all sessions; bringing award recipients backstage; line-up and prepping all award recipients & special guests. Specific crew duties will be assigned on-site. Individuals interested in this team must arrive in Indianapolis the Sunday before the convention and depart the Sunday after. 

Specific crew duties will be assigned on-site by the stage crew manager.
