【THE POSITION】

Who are we looking for?

We don’t necessarily need you to have a heavy technical or coding background (though it’s a nice-to-have). What we truly value is your passion for solving real-world problems using AI and your eagerness to embrace new knowledge.

More than just an executor, we are looking for a Builder. When you see a process that is inefficient or a task that is repetitive, you don't wait for instructions—you take the initiative to fix it. We expect you to take leadership and full Ownership of your projects, treating every solution you create as your own masterpiece and being responsible for the final outcome.

What will you actually be doing?

This role isn't about studying theories in an office; it's about rolling up your sleeves, diving into various departments, and finding ways to make the company run smarter:

• The Cross-Border "AI Translator": You will work directly with the CEO Office andl act as a critical bridge connecting technology with business. Your mission is to dive deep into functional departments—including Operations, Marketing, and HR teams—across our key markets in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, and Japan.


• Hands-on Automation (No-Code/Low-Code): You don’t have to be a Python expert, but you will frequently use tools like n8n, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, and Cursor. You will experiment with connecting APIs and setting up Webhooks to automatically integrate data that was previously scattered across different countries and departments.


• Promoting an "AI-First" Culture: Once you build a useful tool, you will lead the way in teaching others how to use it. You’ll write clear, simple guides and host cross-border sharing sessions to help the entire team upgrade their workflow.
