Corporate Functions Summer Internship

The Corporate Functions Internship is a full-time summer experience for college students in their sophomore year onwards and recent graduates that combines a real work experience with professional development activities focused on internal areas that support the bank's operations, such as Legal, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Marketing.

For 10 weeks, interns will work on projects performing activities related to operations support.

Requirements:

The ideal candidates must:

- Be pursuing a career in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Law, Operations, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related fields

- Must be currently a sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate college student

- Authorization to work in U.S. and territories

- Have a GPA of 3.00 or more

- Have availability to work full-time for 10 weeks during summer

Majors:

Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Law, Operations, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related fields or related fields.

Other Qualifications

- Previous internship experience in project management, human resources, marketing, legal, corporate communications, or operations.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency of the English and Spanish language, both oral and written.

- Excellent interpersonal relationships, and ability to work and interact with different teams to collaborate with other business units.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Being driven and curious to understand and solve complex problems is a must
