We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Corporate Innovation Intern to join our dynamic team in Vienna. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Corporate Team, fostering our vibrant innovation ecosystem, and guiding our corporate partners on their innovation journeys. HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
 
As we live the startup spirit ourselves, no one in the team is exclusively limited to their main tasks. Rather, we are a dynamic team of all-rounders who work closely together in all projects. However, your main role will be in supporting our team with the following tasks:

Partner Success Management 

• Support daily interactions with our corporate partners, including preparing presentations, organizing events, generating reports, and scheduling meetings.


• Participate in high-level calls with executives from major multinational corporations.
  


• Identify and research collaboration opportunities between corporate partners and startups within our ecosystem.
  


• Assist in creating partnership reports and presentations, highlighting key achievements and insights.
  


• Attend partner meetings, take detailed notes, and facilitate follow-up actions.
  


• Conduct market research on trends in Travel, Aviation, and Smart Cities to provide valuable insights.
  


• Support the organization of events, workshops, and innovation sessions.

Business Development

• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  


• Identify and introduce potential new strategic partners to our platform.
  


• Help develop engagement plans aligned with partner business goals and identify opportunities to match startup solutions with their needs.
  


• Support the creation of presentations and proposals showcasing Plug and Play's value proposition.
  


• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  


• Assist in identifying account sales plans and key decision makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related field.
  


• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills, with a strong sense of curiosity.
  


• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of management.
  


• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  


• Highly motivated, proactive, and positive mindset.
  


• Fluency in German and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
  


• Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
  


• Prior internship experience in management consulting or a corporate environment is preferred.
  


• Full-time working permit in Austria.
  


• Availability to start in Vienna no later than April 2025.
