Event Intern – Jesus Club & Crux Youth Ministry

 Position Overview

The Event Intern will assist with Jesus Clubs on school campuses and Crux Youth Ministry events, supporting logistics, student engagement, and ministry leadership.

Jesus Club Responsibilities

• Help lead Jesus Clubs on school campuses


• Pick up and delivering Costco pizza to clubs


• Help transport sound equipment, signs, and materials to and from campuses


• Meet with students for connection and discipleship


• Assist with games and club programming


• Organize and leading prayer times before or after clubs


• Contribute to curriculum planning (e.g., short teachings, activations, games)


• Take initiative to connect with students on campus


• Follow up with new students and helping them integrate into Crux

Crux Youth Ministry Responsibilities

• Serve at Crux Nights and all additional Crux events throughout the year


• Assist with games and crowd engagement at Crux gatherings


• Help with tech support at events (slides, sound, setup, etc.)


• Assist with carpooling students to and from events as needed


• Participate in leadership training and biblical teaching sessions


• Learn and applying practical ministry skills for long-term impact


• Support volunteer team coordination, including setup, check-in, and teardown


• Help with communication efforts (student follow-up, texts, messages, parent updates)
