Customer Experience Associate (Interim, Summer)

The Interim CX Associate is a hybrid role at Altair designed to provide associate level support to key operations teams while assuming responsibility for targeted accounts, which may include interns or lump sum relocations. The Interim CX Associate will  assist the Consultant/Team Lead with various activities connected to a customer's relocation. This position will receive in-depth training in the fundamentals of global mobility.

Program & Data Management

• Learn client relocation programs and policies.


• Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating case information within Altair’s relocation management systems.


• Open and close relocation files in accordance with program guidelines and internal procedures.

Service Coordination & Customer Support

• Assist in securing required services, documents, and information for assigned candidate relocation files.


• Coordinate temporary housing accommodations through approved service providers, ensuring alignment with client policies and budget guidelines.


• Provide administrative support in the management of candidate relocation files for selected clients.


• Manage assigned portions of relocation cases, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain thorough documentation of all case activities within Altair’s systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.


• Support Operations Managers and Team Leads with additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed.


• Assist in process improvements and workflow efficiencies to enhance the overall relocation experience.
