Job Description - Customer Success Intern - Fall 2025

We're looking for a sharp, curious intern to join QuantHub for the Fall 2025 semester. This is a part-time, remote-friendly role in Birmingham, AL focused on helping us keep the Customer Success engine running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’d be working directly with the Director of Customer Success on the operational side of CS—things like:

  • :hammer_and_wrench: Updating and optimizing HubSpot workflows
  • :bar_chart: Tracking customer engagement and success metrics
  • :jigsaw: Jumping into one-off projects across the CS and Growth teams
  • :brain: Thinking critically about how we scale processes as we grow

We're not expecting you to be an expert. If you're organized, eager to learn, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves with some light systems or automation work, you'll do great.

This is a great opportunity to get exposure to what modern CS and ops look like in a fast-growing startup. No coffee runs, no fluff—just meaningful experience and mentorship.

About You:

  • You’re a student (ideally Junior/Senior) interested in Customer Success, Operations, or Tech
  • You like solving problems and don’t get overwhelmed by messy data or new tools
  • You communicate clearly, take initiative, and follow through
  • You’ve dabbled in HubSpot (or want to learn)
  • You’re excited about what we’re building at QuantHub—helping people grow data skills that actually matter in today’s workplace

Competitive Hourly Rate: Unpaid internships are bogus! Your labor isn't free just because you're a student. We offer a $20/hour rate to help with all the expenses a student encounters while working hard towards a degree

Real-World Experience: Work hands-on with tools like HubSpot and gain exposure to modern Customer Success and SaaS operations. No busy work—just meaningful, resume-worthy projects.

Direct Mentorship: You’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Success and get insight into how we think strategically about customer journeys, growth, and scale.
