Data Intelligence Intern

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

As a Data Intelligence Intern, you will get exposure to a professional business environment and learn a structured approach on how to organize and manage company requests and data. You will also gain insight on how to conduct/provide analysis that is meaningful to business.

The Data Intelligence Intern will report directly to the Manager, Data Intelligence and support several teams within the Data Intelligence group.

This is a paid internship with an hourly pay-rate of $18.00 per hour. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Compiling and evaluating data on our print and digital products and their associated delivery results.


• Coordinating and logging incoming department requests for data


• Assisting in department documentation.


• Coordinating data for monthly reporting and adhoc analysis.


• Assisting with imports, field creation, and eNewsletter email deployments.

Qualifications:

• Majoring in statistics, mathematics, economics, data analytics, data science or related field.


• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with new software tools.


• Exceptional statistical and analytical skills.


• Excellent oral/written communication skills.


• Highly organized and provides quality work in a timely manner.


• Ability to work independently either onsite or remotely in a team environment.


• MS Access, PowerBi, Tableau, and/or SQL experience is a plus.
