The Desktop Support Intern is an in-office only role where you’ll be providing technical support for internal staff as needed, while focusing on endpoint management, documentation, and assisting on various IT initiatives. You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related issues, setting up equipment, and ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting the infrastructure that keeps our company running smoothly.
