Digital Marketing Intern

Looking to get some experience in digital marketing? An industry leader known for our Korky Toilet Repair products, Lavelle Industries has an opening at our Burlington, WI on our Sales & Marketing team for a Fall 2025 Digital Marketing Intern. We’re a family-owned, Made in the USA brand that has toilet repair products stocked in every major home improvement store nationwide – from Home Depot to Walmart – and we’re proud to be a category leader.

We’re looking for students with a growth mindset who are eager to be challenged & grow professionally. We promise—you will not be making copies or pouring coffee. Our marketing department creates high-impact content and campaigns that drive traffic to our brand. This intern will get hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital and social media marketing. You’ll be an important part of our team and will walk away with a broad understanding of how digital strategies drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating content for various social platforms
• Create product videos
• Assist in graphic creation with Canva for social media posts
• Help track and analyze performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members on photo/video shoots and creative brainstorming sessions
• Conduct competitive research
• Assist in content organization and asset management

• How to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for engagement
• Creative thinking, content creation, and multi-channel messaging
• Time management and communication in a professional marketing environment

Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to Burlington, WI
• Must be an Undergraduate Student who is majoring in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or other related fields
• Ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and an interest in social media and digital strategy
•  Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics is a plus.
