The Digital Marketing Intern shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing and communications by assisting with website updates, SEO checks, and brand consistency projects. The role helps to support Eagle Lake Camps marketing efforts and contributes to social media content creation. Interns will learn practical skills while collaborating with the marketing team to complete projects that enhance ministry outreach.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators. Knowledge of Navigator missions, ministries, and networks preferred.
Experience: One year of school, volunteer or work experience in the area of digital marketing
Technical Knowledge & Skills: Google Docs/Sheets, WordPress, and Social Media platforms.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Compensation Range: $15.16/hour
