Job Description - Electrical Engineer Intern

Working in the flagship market of Titan Electric is thrilling right now! By placing people at the center of our business and all we do, whether it's developing our datacenter capabilities or innovating to provide clients with what they want, we're increasing our pace as one of the nation’s fastest growing electrical contractors.

Design your future. Literally.
At Titan Electric, we power buildings—and careers. From high rises to data centers, our work spans across some of the most exciting industries, and now we’re opening the door for you to step into it.
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer Intern who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and jump into real-world projects that make a difference. This isn’t about busywork or coffee runs. It’s about joining a high-performing team that believes great ideas can come from anywhere—especially from you.

Here’s what your day could look like:
Transform concepts into real construction documents—accurate, detailed, and aligned with what clients actually want.
Help write specs that don’t just meet the project requirements—they elevate them.
Collaborate with our BIM modelers to bring designs to life (and catch issues before they become problems).
Run photometric calculations using Visual Professional or similar tools—light matters, and you’ll help make it shine.
Sit in on design meetings, represent Titan, and speak up—we trust your voice.
Work side-by-side with project managers and superintendents to bring design ideas into the field.
Juggle multiple projects and timelines like a pro (we know you’ve got it in you).
Coordinate utility requirements and ensure they’re part of the big picture.

You’ll thrive here if you:
Are comfortable with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks—and maybe even photometric software like Visual Professional or AGi32.
Have a solid understanding of construction processes and design specs.
Know your way around Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend).
Like to get ahead of problems, not just react to them.
Can manage details, timelines, and communication like a boss.

Why intern with Titan?
We don’t just hire interns—we invest in them. You’ll get hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and a front-row seat to how innovative electrical systems come together. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by people who want to see you grow.

Ready to build something great?
