Email Marketing Intern

Basic Function:

The CRM Intern will work with the Email Marketing Manager to help run and execute our marketing programs including but not limited to Email, SMS and other customer retention marketing opportunities for Dearfoams.com & Baggallini.com. This intern will learn the email creation process from concepting, planning, working with creative and reporting. This individual will have the opportunity to learn CRM marketing channels with hands-on experience executing and analyzing our CRM programs.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager on both Dearfoams.com & Baggallini.com email & SMS programs to plan, develop and execute email & SMS marketing campaigns in line with our overall marketing plans.

- Assist in planning and developing email content for future marketing sends.

- Help with the reporting and analysis of our both email programs to drive insights on channel performance and provide recommendations for improvements to our email programs.

- Aid with ensuring all campaigns is flawlessly executed with proper content and click throughs.

- Assist the Email Marketing Manager with plans for A/B testing, segmentation opportunities

- Research opportunities and new best practices for CRM channel strategies

Intern Qualifications:

- Shows an interest in digital marketing

- A willingness to learn

- Extremely organized and has a high attention to detail

- Analytical mindset but comfortable working in the creative process

- Ideally working toward a degree in business, marketing, or related field of interest.

- Email Marketing tools experience a plus (Klaviyo, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc…)
