Join our dynamic team as an intern for our Engineered Solutions business unit and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world aerospace and defense licensing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by supporting our engineer team partnership development, and strategic planning initiatives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with various administrative tasks such as;
• data entry, filing documentation management to ensure smooth operations within the Engineered Solutions department
• Engage with customers via email, phone, and other communication channels to address inquiries, provide updates on projects, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, including gathering necessary documentation, communicating requirements, and maintaining positive relationships with existing suppliers
• Willingness to adapt and assist with additional tasks or projects as needed to support the overall objectives of the Engineered Solutions team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team when necessary.
• Willingness to work in office in Alexandria, VA

WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• Pursuing or possessing a degree in engineering, sales, finance, business management, communications or a related field is preferred, although candidates with relevant experience or coursework will also be considered.
