  Analyze production and maintenance issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  Complete root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.

  Monitor equipment performance and assist with troubleshooting activities.
  
  


• 
  
  Support chemistry optimization projects and participate in chemical trials.
  
  


• 
  
  Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing data to support operational decision-making.
  
  


• 
  
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assist with other engineering and operational projects as required.

• Currently enrolled in a Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related Engineering program.


• Comfortable working with computers, manufacturing data, and reporting tools.


• Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to heat and industrial equipment.


• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with operators, technicians, and engineers.


• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.


• Able to ask questions, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives
