Opportunity Overview 


We have an immediate opening for an Enterprise Services IT Intern to join our team at US Fertility in Rockville, Maryland



  •  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Eastern Time

  • Compensation: $18.00 an hour

In this role, the Enterprise Services IT Intern will: 



  • Assist with IT asset management activities, including inventory tracking, software and hardware records, licensing, and equipment lifecycle processes

  • Support the imaging, configuration, and deployment of computer equipment for end users

  • Maintain accurate asset and configuration management records within IT systems

  • Assist with user account administration, including access requests, permissions, and password management

  • Support equipment preparation, setup, and deployment for office moves, site projects, and organizational initiatives

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and tracking end-user technology equipment

  • Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot issues and escalate technical concerns as needed

  • Gain exposure to enterprise IT processes, hardware, software, and technology best practices

  • Maintain confidentiality while following IT security policies, HIPAA requirements, and organizational procedures

  • Support documentation updates, process improvements, and special IT projects as assigned

  • Develop technical skills through hands-on experience with enterprise technology systems and support operations


What You’ll Bring 


We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. 


Qualifications and Skills Include: 



  • Enrollment in an accredited high school or college degree program

  • Interest in implementing and administering enterprise-level asset management systems and IT asset management tools, including discovery and automation/workflow capabilities

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

  • Strong customer service orientation and an understanding of the importance of developing effective working relationships with users and stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Highly motivated, analytical, organized, and efficient

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines

  • Ability to be entrusted with computers and systems that may contain confidential information, including HIPAA-protected, SOX-regulated, and financial data

  • Ability to perform some physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs
