Entry-level Trainee Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Entry-level Trainee Manager to join our marketing team and develop into a future leader within our organisation. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales, customer engagement, and team coordination, with a clear pathway towards management and leadership responsibilities. You will rotate across key functions, receive structured training and mentorship, and gradually take on leadership tasks as you build your skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing and customer engagement activities
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and client projects
• Work alongside sales and account teams to support client acquisition and retention
• Help monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Assist with team coordination, scheduling, and task allocation
• Participate in leadership development and management training sessions
• Contribute ideas to improve team performance and campaign effectiveness
