Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Intern

Assist in International Standard Organization (ISO) audits and preparation. Evaluate waste streams and propose operational changes to help the site gain its Zero Waste certification. Develop criteria for, implement, and perform internal audits for programs such as process safety management, chemical safety management and various EHS topics. Currently in an undergrad degree majoring in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene and Chemical/Environmental Engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Specifically Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to work on-site throughout the duration of the internship of May 19- August 8th. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered). Desire to work in fast-paced Cross-Functional Teams to maintain and support quality-engineering methodologies, systems, and practices that meet BSC, customer, and regulatory requirements. Excellent technical written and communication skills. Detail Oriented.
