ERP Support Intern

PING is currently searching for students who have a combined passion for data, process, documentation and the game of golf. An opportunity exists to join our ERP Support Team in 2026 for a summer internship. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area.

High level job duties include supporting the ERP Support Team in assisting with validation, process definition, documentation and follow-through activities that accompany out new ERP software.  This is mostly targeted around the order entry process and related configuration or workflow issues. 

Preferred fields of study: Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Operations, Technical Communication, Professional Writing, or similar analytical or technology-focused disciplines.

Specific skills required for this particular internship are listed below:

• Assist in validating order data following system corrections performed by consulting partners. 


• Support investigation and cleanup of impacted orders within the ERP system. 


• Document business processes and create clear training and reference materials. 


• Organize and analyze operational data using Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint). 


• Identify recurring patterns, trends, and potential process improvement opportunities. 


• Explore practical uses of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar large language models) to enhance documentation and analysis workflows. 

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 2 years of college coursework must be completed by the time you begin your internship.


• This internship requires you to be onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.


• You must be willing to dedicate at least 8 weeks (40 hours per week) to the internship.
