Events Marketing Intern

The Role:

In this internship, you will: 

• Support the events marketing team to achieve our goal of executing events that generate leads for the organization


• Research prospective events for the organization to consider


• Support the events marketing team by maintaining events calendar, records, inputting leads, calculating final costs, etc.


• Execute events (virtual or in-person) from start to finish


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on event logistics pre and post event


• Support events marketing team on projects to improve processes and establish best practices across the team


• Support events marketing team with projects that require vendor/venue comparison, gathering price details, and organizing into a presentable manner 

Qualifications:   

• General interest in the cybersecurity/technology industry as a career path


• Coachable and enthusiastic about events and marketing


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Detail oriented and organized


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Junior or Senior in college preferred


• Salesforce experience a plus


• Previous events or marketing experience is a plus
