Assist Graphic Designer, Production Managers and Production Assistant in walking clients through the development and manufacturing processes. Source fabric, trims, and explore the fashion district in Los Angeles. 

Design Room

• Collaborating on upcoming collections

• Creating P.O.s and following up

  • Sample yardage

  • Production rolls

  • Sample trim

  • Production trim

• Following up & Picking up Sample Yardage & Trim / Production

• Using Mimaki (sublimation machine)

  • Printing strike offs

  • Printing production

  • Sending them to get pressed

• Creating tags for SS and tagging garment

• Sourcing fabric for collections/ replacement fabrics

• Tracking & Checking off SS when sales reps return samples

• SOCIAL MEDIA content 3 DAILY POST & STORIES

Apparel Magic / Brandboom

• Shooting “place holder” photos for apparel magic

• Uploading style images into both Apparel Magic and Brandboom templates

• Inputting style/cost information into Apparel Magic template and uploading to Apparel Magic

• Inputting style/cost information into Brandboom template and uploading to Brandboom

• Uploading Brandboom orders into Apparel Magic

• Inputting orders manually into Apparel Magic

Production Room

• Filling in template for care label order (NEXT LABEL)

• Creating care label package

  • Sticker size count

  • Care labels count

  • Main labels count

• Tagging rolls

  • Vendor

  • Content

  • Yardage

• Quality control rolls/styles/trims

• Allocating trims for styles 

• Checking/organizing  inventory

• Assist with double checking/packing/shipping orders,as needed.

• PICK UP SAMPLE YARDAGE

• ASSIST IN PHOTOSHOOTS

• CUTTING SAMPLES / FITTINGS WHEN NEEDED

• CHECKING IN /  ORGANIZING INVENTORY

• LABEL AND TAG SAMPLE  ROLLS OF FABRIC

• CREATE CARE LABEL PACKAGE

  • STICKER SIZE COUNT

  • CARE LABELS COUNT

  • MAIN LABELS COUNT

• HELP PACKING AND SHIPPING ORDERS

• GENERAL MISCELLANEOUS HELP

Best if applicant has some apparel experience or has a hunger to learn more. Must be able to follow up and get answers. 

• BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY LIFT FABRIC ROLLS

• BE ABLE TO ORGANIZE, COUNT, AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY

• SOME KNOWLEDGE IN PHOTOSHOP / ILLUSTRATOR / WORD / EXCEL / GOOGLE SHEETS / GMAIL

• MUST HAVE CAR OR HAVE VALID DRIVING LICENSE

• SPEAK SPANISH (BONUS)
