As Tennessee continues to grow rapidly, it’s vital we utilize this opportunity to empower our students as the future of our employment force. At RAWSO, we want to do just that by offering an entry level position to students and taking their eagerness to learn, high motivation, and focus to further develop their skills and career.

At RAWSO, we believe in doing things differently than others by holding ourselves accountable to building a better future for our team, our families, and our community.

Today, RAWSO has had various projects including commercial developments, Tennessee Department of Transportation projects, airport runways, and more. However, little do most know RAWSO only started with just one man, the support of his wife, and a skid steer.

With determination and dedication, RAWSO has grown into a team of 170+ talented individuals who are all committed to building better for Tennessee and the entire construction industry by following our Core Values:

We are looking for excited college students seeking field experience this Summer! This will be a Full-Time Internship Opportunity.

• *Each intern will have 1 Day of Training, 5 Weeks of Grading, & 5 Weeks of Utilities. 


• *Internship Schedule: May 26, 2025 - August 7, 2025
