Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will support our Finance and Sales Operations teams. This role will be instrumental in helping us ensure data integrity across key systems including SmartSheet, NetSuite, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and excited to learn about financial operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Identify missing or incomplete data in revenue commitments and sales orders.
• Cross-reference and reconcile data between SmartSheet and NetSuite to detect inconsistencies.
• Conduct research within NetSuite and Salesforce to determine the correct information.
• Populate spreadsheets with required corrections or input data directly into NetSuite as needed.
• Verify and validate that data changes have been correctly implemented and saved.

• Previous internship or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to zero (0) to two (2) years)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Proven capability to think analytically, problem solve, and escalate when necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook); advanced proficiency in Excel
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects/tasks while still delivering high quality results
• Strong organizational and project administration skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with key internal stakeholders and vendors
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to process information that is uncertain
• Confidence and ethical capability to handle confidential information and make sound recommendations
• Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets; prior exposure to NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus but not required.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative, professional environment.

• Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets

• This is a full-time, temporary position
• Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours as published in the BioAgilytix Employee Handbook
• Occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work may be required
