What you would do here: 

· Assist in drafting an Investment Policy by researching best practices, building a policy framework, and incorporating feedback from leadership.

· Analyze bank fees and cash balances over multiple years to identify opportunities to optimize interest earnings.

· Research investment options and summarize findings and recommendations.

· Support ROI modeling for business development and technology initiatives.

· Help analyze expense trends and identify potential cost savings.

· Provide financial analysis support for special projects, including internal audit work, as needed.

Ideally you have: 

· Pursing a degree in Finance or Accounting

· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Written and verbal communication skills
