Finance Intern- Part Time- Silver Legacy

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department 

• Maintains accounting records makes copies and files documents

• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger

• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer

• Verifies accuracy of financial reports

• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed

• Other duties as assigned

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Gaming and/or hospitality experience a plus 
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
• High School diploma or equivalent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent standing/walking/sitting for extended periods 

• Work area is indoors and subject to variable temperatures

• May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights

Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
